Brand Adventure
Project
For this project, we had to develop a business plan! I personally saw it s a chance to merge designed concepts with business reality to actually make and deliver a slick service. Our team decided to focus on travel because that was where our passion lies.
Process
Eventually we worked through economic tools like Porter's five force analysis, P.E.S.T. Analysis, and other service tools like the augmented service offering model by Grönroos. Have a look at the pictures for a more detailed idea of what we actually delivered.
Role
The role I played in this team would be pitching and sharing knowledge of current trends (global nomads), developing certain sections of our business plan, especially daily operations plan, and overall contributing brain power for this business planning effort (since we were all novices after all)
Deliverable
