Coffee Service

Project 

This is a project done in two classes, contextual research and service blueprint. We were to identify and research the service surrounding Gallery Espresso acting as if they were a client in need of a service design project.  

Role

The role I played would be being a contributive ethnographer, develop the strategic statement under the direction of our professor, create blueprints and storyboards, and pitch final deliverable to our class.

Process 

Here's a general project timeline for both our contextual research and service blueprinting endeavor. Safe to say we had to interview, scout and validate a lot of data. 

Final Outcome

For our final outcome, we developed incremental and transformational changes to this service while mining the insights from our personas.
