Startup Exchange Program Pitch Deck

Background

This post is about my contributions to ASEAN Center of Entrepreneurship as a Program Coordinator. Other that the Startup Exchange Program (SEP) pitch deck, other notable contribution would be being a Creative Cluster lead in MaGIC's Global Entrepreneurship Community global event.

Project Scope

As part of my duties, I had to create a pitch deck where we coherently and holistically present why our signature program, The Startup Exchange Program should stay on as part of ASEAN Center of Entrepreneurship (ACE) offerings.

My main contribution was structuring our pitch, working with our team's understanding of our rationale from both startup's and MaGIC's point of view, producing realistic cost calculations and % saved on our SEP program, and finally offering some suggestions on how could we again, keep our cost low while maximizing the program's effectiveness.
